How do you Answer a Question under Pressure?
I am preparing for a series of interviews so I needed something to help sharpen my skills. I had previously read Gravitas so I knew Caroline's teachings would help with what I needed to prepare. I wanted to develop confidence in my voice and in my communication. I was able to learn the power of the pause, standing when I can for high stakes meetings and conversations to feel more confident. I was impressed with what it actually takes to speak with power and impact, the physical exercises I wasn't anticipating. Master Your Speaking has helped me to understand that you actually need to use your voice for it to be powerful and the exercises that help strengthen it, along with the physical corrections you can do to show up with more presence and power like standing for a meeting and leaning into your dominant foot and press on that toe. This self paced course isn’t that big of a time commitment, I was able to complete the second half of the course in less than an hour and you can go at it, at your pace.
