Each module has helped me identify the root cause of my public speaking fear and equipped me with a toolkit of exercises and tips to help me prepare, as well as strategies to employ in the moment. Caroline is extremely knowledgeable, and being someone who has had to work hard to become the accomplished speaker that she is today, recognises that some tools and techniques will resonate with some more than others.
