I particularly found the sessions around breath control really valuable instead of being able to vary the voice, manage the content and slow down as well. I’m not thinking faster than I'm speaking and therefore getting things mixed up and not being too clear on what my message is. I feel like we can all improve and also feel like this course is pitched to all levels as well.
